Yes. We provide an option of searching among area or neighborhoods in highly populated cities on the 'Advanced Search' page.
Is there a cost associated with searching for apartments for rent through the LIVdb database?
The service is 100% FREE.
Building Owners
How much does it cost to place my listing in the Database with LIVdb.com?
LIVdb.com offers listing services 100% free.
How long does the listing remain in the Database?
The listing remains in the database continuously and will not expire unless it is de-activated from within your account (unlike online classifieds).
What if I want to remove my listing from LIVdb.com when it's rented?
You may De-activate your listing from within your account profile.
Do you have LIVdb.com signage available for our building?
If you have a need or requirement for signage. Please Contact Us for further details.
How long does it take before my listing is available for online viewing?
New listings are included in the database within minutes and the details are reviewed by the LIVdb staff within 24 hours to ensure they are appropriate for online viewing.
Can I link to my website from my listing description on LIVdb.com?
Yes. You can add the URL of your website to your ad on LIVdb.com.
Can I make changes to my listing once it's online?
Yes. Changes can be made by editing the listing from within your account profile.
